Announcement on Moving the New Headquarters of SCIA into Qianhai
The new headquarters of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (also known as South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Arbitration Center, or Shenzhen Arbitration Commission, hereinafter the “SCIA”) will be officially moved into Qianhai on 1 January 2022.
From 1 January 2022 onwards, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, or arranged by SCIA or China (Shenzhen) Securities Arbitration Centre, arbitration services such as consultations, case filing, hearings and submission of documents will mainly be offered at the new headquarters--SCIA International Arbitration Tower.
The office in Futian District (41/F, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange) will continue to provide services such as case filing and hearings, and also serve as the office of China (Shenzhen) Securities Arbitration Centre.
From 1 January 2022 onwards, the office in Luohu District (1/F of Tower A and 13-15/F of Tower B, Zhongmin Times Square) is no longer available for related arbitration services except for existing hearing arrangements.
