China Hi-Tech Fair Center for Dispute Resolution Service

In 2007, with the support of the Ministry of Commerce and the National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC and with the approval of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), the China High-Tech Fair (CHTF), and the Shenzhen Municipal Intellectual Property Office, jointly established the "China Hi-Tech Fair Center for Dispute Resolution Service". The SCIA Mediation Centre undertakes the specific duties and functions of the China Hi-Tech Fair Centre for Dispute Resolution Services in session, providing consultation and mediation services for dispute resolution for both Chinese and foreign high-tech enterprises as well as parties that participate in the CHTF.

The China Hi-Tech Fair Center for Dispute Resolution Service has fully played its role in many sessions of the CHTF, providing on-site "mediation + arbitration" services for intellectual property disputes to high-tech enterprises at home and abroad, protecting their legitimate rights and interests, optimizing the business environment in the field of intellectual property, and providing strong support for industrial innovation and development in the Greater Bay Area.
