    Cloud Meeting in this Summer - FDI Moot Shenzhen 2022 Closed

    On 14 August 2022, the FDI Moot Shenzhen 2022 hosted by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) was officially closed.

    The event attracted 42 teams and over 300 participants from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong SAR, and Macau SAR, as well as more than 260 legal professionals from 46 countries and regions around the world acting as arbitrators.

    After a fierce competition, the 1st-8th place teams advanced to the FDI Moot 2022 Globals in London, UK; the 9th-16th place teams advanced to the FDI Moot 2022 Asia-Pacific Regional Rounds in Seoul, Korea, and will compete with other national teams in Asia-Pacific for the opportunity to enter the FDI Moot 2022 Globals.

    At the closing ceremony, Ms. Ji Yoon Park, the Representative of the FDI Moot Asia-Pacific Regional Rounds from KCAB, Mr. Paul Lam Ting-kwok, SBS, SC, JP, the Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong SAR, Mr. Jern-Fei Ng QC from Temple Chambers QC, Ms. Saixian Cao, the Director General of Foreign Affairs Office of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, and Professor Peter Malanczuk, the Council Member of SCIA, delivered speeches to summarize the highlights of this year's event and look forward to the development of international investment arbitration in China.
