Midsummer Reception | SCIA Open Day: Registration Opens for China-US International Arbitration Dialogues
The SCIA Open Day is one of the series of events of the South China Business & Law Forum. By inviting the public to visit the SCIA Tower, the new headquarters of the SCIA located in Qianhai, Shenzhen, this event aims to promote the understanding of the commercial arbitration system and services, advocate the SCIA’s principles of independence, impartiality, and innovation, listen to the needs and suggestions of market entities regarding dispute resolution, enhance the quality of dispute resolution services, and promote the development of a market-oriented, rule-of-law-based, and internationalized business environment of high quality, thereby jointly building a global hub for international arbitration.
The upcoming SCIA Open Day, co-organized by the SCIA and South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (SCIA HK) with special support from the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS), will focus on the innovation of arbitration rules and similarities in practice between China and the United States, and will invite experts from various jurisdictions to share the latest information and practical experience in international commercial arbitration.
