The SCIA Delegation Visits the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association (AAA-ICDR)
On July 1, 2024, the delegation from the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) visited the New York office of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association (AAA-ICDR), exchanged and communicated with Mr. Luis Martinez, Vice President of the AAA-ICDR.
Mr. Luis Martinez introduced to the SCIA delegation the office facilities, organizational structure, operational mechanisms, design of the rules and procedural management of the AAA.
During the discussion between the two parties, the SCIA delegation introduced the latest developments and innovations in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Arbitration Center. Mr. Luis Martinez expressed keen interest in the rapid development of the SCIA and the South China International Arbitration Center (HK)(SCIAHK), and hoped to strengthen the in-depth cooperation with the SCIA in international dispute resolution.
