Feldman教授此前担任E15投资政策工作组成员（E15 Initiative是由世界经济论坛和国际贸易和可持续发展中心联合建立的国际智库机构），美国国务院法律顾问办公室北美自由贸易协定和多米尼加-中美洲自由贸易国际投资仲裁主任和顾问律师。

#Speaker: Mark Feldman
SCIA Arbitrator; Professor of Law, Peking University School of Transnational Law.
Mark Feldman also serves as Global Associate at the National University of Singapore Centre for International Law, as vice chair of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) Academic Council, and as a member of the ITA Executive Committee. He previously served as a member of the E15 Initiative Task Force on Investment Policy (World Economic Forum/ICTSD) and as Chief of NAFTA/CAFTA-DR Arbitration in the Office of the Legal Adviser at the U.S. Department of State.
