大湾区仲裁研讨 | Cross-border Interim Measures

“大湾区仲裁研讨”是由深圳国际仲裁院（SCIA）发起的系列主题研讨活动，旨在聚焦大湾区跨境争议解决实务中的热点、难点问题，邀请境内外国际仲裁专家进行主题分享，针对大湾区“一国两制三法域”的独特性，对跨境争议解决实务作出有益指引，共同推动大湾区跨境争议解决机制的衔接与融合，助力打造大湾区市场化法治化国际化营商环境。
“大湾区仲裁研讨”第一期活动采用线上研讨的形式，将于2021年6月24日16:00-17:00举办。本期研讨会由SCIA联合Holman Fenwick Willan LLP律师事务所（HFW）、Des Voeux Chambers（香港德辅大律师事务所）共同主办，针对大湾区争议解决中“跨境临时措施”这一主题，结合最高人民法院与香港律政司签署的两地仲裁保全安排及其实务应用展开，特邀HFW合伙人Ben Bury律师及香港德辅大律师事务所的Frances Lok大律师进行主题分享。
