Assistant President, SCIADirector of International Cooperation and Development Department of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA)黄郭勇先生曾在金融机构、政府部门、仲裁机构有过近二十年工作经历，在国际贸易、金融、资本市场等领域争议解决具有丰富经验。2017年加入深圳国际仲裁院，担任国际合作与发展处处长，负责涉外仲裁办案、国际合作、粤港澳合作、行业交流等工作。2022年，黄郭勇先生被委任为华南（香港）国际仲裁院秘书长。2023年，黄郭勇先生被委任为江门仲裁委员会主任，深圳国际仲裁院江门中心秘书长，并挂职江门市委副秘书长。Mr. Huang Guoyong has nearly twenty years of working experience in financial institutions，government departments and arbitration institutions. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, specializing in the fields of international trade, finance and capital markets. He joined the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) in 2017, and serves as Director of the International Cooperation and Development Department, taking charge of administration of foreign-related arbitration cases, communications between legal & business communities, international cooperation, as well as collaboration among the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Mr. Huang also provides support and guidance for the operation of specialized platforms such as the SCIA Mediation Center, and GBA Arbitration & Mediation Alliance, etc. In 2022, Mr. Huang was appointed as Secretary-General of the South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) (SCIAHK). In 2023, Mr. Huang was appointed as Chairman of the Jiangmen Arbitration Commission and Secretary General of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) Jiangmen Center And served as Deputy Secretary General of the CPC Jiangmen Municipal Committee.
彭岩冰 Ms. Peng Yanbing (Sandra)Deputy Legal Counsel of the International Cooperation and Development Department of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA)彭岩冰，深圳国际仲裁院国际合作与发展处副法律顾问。入职深圳国际仲裁院后承办多宗复杂涉外仲裁案件，并主要负责深圳特区仲裁机构“走出去”的国际合作工作，包括与国际组织和世界知名仲裁机构进行交流合作，组织国际投资仲裁大赛英文模拟庭审（FDI Moot Shenzhen）比赛，储备年青一代国际投资仲裁人才，牵头建设“香港调解+深圳仲裁”、“新加坡调解+中国仲裁”等争议解决新模型。在加入深圳国际仲裁院之前，她曾在大型跨国公司担任法律顾问，负责国内的投融资业务，以及泰国、尼泊尔、斯里兰卡、新加坡等多个亚洲国家的涉外法律事务。Ms. Peng Yanbing (Sandra), deputy legal counsel of the International Cooperation and Development Department of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. After joining the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, she has handled many complex foreign-related arbitration cases. She is mainly responsible for the international cooperation work of the arbitration institution in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone "going global", including conducting exchanges and cooperation with international organizations and world-renowned arbitration institutions, organizing English moot court competitions of the international investment arbitration competition (FDI Moot Shenzhen), reserving a new generation of international investment arbitration talents, and taking the lead in building new dispute resolution models such as "Hong Kong mediation + Shenzhen arbitration" and "Singapore mediation + Chinese arbitration". Before joining the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, she served as a legal counsel in a large multinational company and was responsible for domestic investment and financing businesses as well as foreign-related legal affairs in multiple Asian countries such as Thailand, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Singapore.
