SCIA Kashi Hearing Centre

On September 27, 2018, the opening ceremony of the "SCIA Kashi Hearing Centre" was held in the Kashi Special Economic Zone.

The SCIA Kashi Hearing Centre was established with the aim to implement the Opinions on Establishing B&R International Commercial Dispute Resolution Mechanism and Institutions, actively promote international cooperation within "the Belt and Road", properly resolve the commercial disputes arising from "the Belt and Road" Initiative in accordance with the law, equally protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese and foreign parties, and make efforts to create a fair and just business environment. For more than 30 years, SCIA will share its credibility as well as international and domestic legal resources with Kashi in order to expand the international, legalized, and market-oriented business environment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone to Xinjiang. Kashi will act as a foundation for this. From there it is hoped that this will lead to the development of countries along the Belt and Road in Central Asia, West Asia, and South Asia.
